Incoming 7th Graders
All incoming 7th grade students are required to receive a Pertussis (whooping cough) vaccine (Tdap) before entry into the 7th grade. A copy an updated immunization record showing Tdap was given on, or after, their 7th birthday is required before your student can receive their schedule and start school.
Students without documentation of a Tdap vaccine will be excluded from attending class when school resumes.
